Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the website design services offered by Vy Creations, operated by Vikas Yadav ("I", "me", "my"). By submitting an enquiry, making payment, or engaging my services, you ("the Client") agree to the terms below.
1. Services Offered
I offer professional website design and development services under the advertised package: a website built at a flat price of ₹7,999, inclusive of:
- 1 (one) professionally designed website, based on the requirement shared by the Client
- 1 (one) year of free web hosting
- 1 (one) year of free basic maintenance and technical support
The final scope (number of pages, specific features, and design direction) will be confirmed with the Client before work begins, based on the information shared during the initial consultation.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms (including any advance and balance payment schedule) will be communicated and agreed upon directly with the Client before work begins. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change for new enquiries, though any price agreed upon with an existing Client for their project will be honoured as agreed.
3. Project Timeline
Typical turnaround time is communicated during the initial consultation and depends on the complexity of the requirement and how promptly the Client provides necessary content (text, images, logo, etc.) and feedback. Delays in Client response may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business information, content, and any required media in a timely manner
- Review draft work and provide feedback within a reasonable time
- Ensure any content, images, or material provided does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks
5. Free Hosting & Maintenance — What's Included
The 1-year free hosting and maintenance covers:
- Keeping the website live, secure, and accessible
- Fixing bugs or technical issues that arise on the delivered website
- Minor content updates and small changes to existing pages
It does not include, unless separately agreed and quoted:
- Building new pages or major new features beyond the original scope
- Complete redesigns or structural overhauls
- Third-party costs such as a paid domain name, premium plugins, or premium themes, unless explicitly included in the agreed scope
6. After the Free Year Ends
The website and its content remain the Client's property. Once the complimentary 1-year hosting and maintenance period ends, the Client may choose to:
- Continue hosting and maintenance with me at ₹2,000 per year, or
- Migrate hosting and maintenance to a provider of their choice
A renewal reminder will be sent before the free period ends. The renewal fee covers continued hosting and the same basic maintenance support outlined in Section 5.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for the Client transfers to the Client. I retain the right to showcase the completed project in my portfolio and marketing materials, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Since work typically begins shortly after the initial consultation and any advance payment, refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work completed. Amounts corresponding to work already completed are generally non-refundable. Specific refund terms, if any, will be confirmed in writing at the time of engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
While I take care to deliver a functional, professional website, I am not liable for any indirect loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use of the delivered website, hosting downtime caused by third-party providers, or issues arising from Client-side changes made after delivery without my involvement.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of my services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
